I've got a hen that really wants to sit, what do i do?

First off, take away her Mountain Dew - that stuff is loaded with caffeine.

Seriously, you can either give her fertile eggs to hatch or slip some day old chicks under her or break her broodiness.

If you want babies, let her set. If not, keep removing her eggs. I have a couple that are constantly trying to set. I let one this summer. It was great!
