I HAVE A BROODY HEN THAT HAS SAT ON 4 EGG FOR 25 DAYS NOW ON THE 21 DAY 2 OF THE EGGS HATCHED. SHOULD I REMOVE THE OTHER EGGS?

I FIND IT HARD TO BELEIVE THEY COULD BE UNFERTILE SINCE I HAVE 3 ROOS TO 36 HENS. OR SHOULD I JUST WAIT A COUPLE MORE DAYS. I MOVED THE FOOD RIGHT NEXT TO HER .
SHE WAS FREAKING ME OUT

NOT EATING PULS SHE WAS NOT GETTING HER NEW CHICKS UP TO THE FOOD AND WATER I FINALLY HAD TO DIP THEIR BEAKS IN THE WATER AND LAY THE FEED OUT FOR THEM. CLOSE TO HER SO THEY WOULD EAT BUT YET BE NEAR HER.
HELP PLEASE NEED ADVICE

Pick up the unhatched eggs, and hold close to your ear and listen. If you hear pecking, you can wait, but if it is quiet, they are not living in there. Better go for the two you have, alive, than risking them. I would push the hen off the nest so that she goes and eats and drinks and starts taking care of the babies. Usually they won't stay on a nest after 24 hours. Do you have her locked in?

Last summer, they ran a poll, and a 50% hatch was the average, didn't matter incubator or hen, some got more, some got less, but over all it hung at 50%. Not all of them live.

My broody sat on 9 eggs from various hens, 6 of the 9 hatched. Our roo has domain over 18 girlies. The eggs from my SS and Iowa Blue did not hatch. My theory... The 2 SS and IB were too fast for Earl. He decided "why run after it... when it's right in front of me!!!"
