Broody Hen and Chicks

I have two hens currently sitting on eggs due to hatch in about 5 days. My question is when can I take the chicks away from her? The chicks are not staying here they are being hatched for a family member. I had two hens strongly insisting to hatch eggs so I figured why not! They would do all the work for me that way too lol. But I do want to get the chicks to their current owners ASAP. I however want the hens to have some time with the chicks after all their hard work. How long is a good time? How soon is too soon? Thank you!

I would say give them about 5 to 6 weeks or until all their adult feathers are grown So they can be out in the cold and won’t need a heat lamp mom’s should also be starting to kind of leave them at this point And they will be integrating into the flock hope I can be of help
