Broody hen and eggs

Hi

I am new here and wondered if anybody can help.

I have Broody chicken and bought 6 eggs for her to sit on. However today when they eggs have arrived it appears she is over her broodiness and is not sitting on them at all! Typical !

Any ideas of how we can get her or any of our girls to sit on them ?

Also , how long should I leave the eggs in the nesting box for before removing them if they are just not interested?

Any ideas, tips and help is much appreciated

leave the eggs in for about a week and if the hen dont sit on them she might not be broody anymore
