Broody hen. And momma hen

Can you put a broody hen with eggs in the same pen as a momma hen with chicks?
The pen is 5ft by 5ft.

Sometimes it works, but generally they will fight. That space is somewhat limited for two hens with their chicks. The original hen will be very defensive of 'her' territory.

Thats what i thought. I will build her her own pen
