We have her in a separate mini coop, which we used last summer when one of our Easter eggers went broody. This will be our 2nd time hatching out eggs, but this hens first time going Broody.

Yes same with me! Last night was 8°. I was hoping I could keep taking the eggs away and hold her off till April, but she's relentless lol. Eggs were getting broken because the other girls kept trying to push her off.I’m in the same situation as you! I’m also in the Adirondacks and my hen just went broody. I would like a few chicks, but have been scared because of the crazy NY weather. I wish mine would have waited another month.
