I have a buff orpington who went broody a few weeks ago. She is in the nestbox less now, and will sleep on the roost occasionally, but when she comes down from the coop into the run she is attacked by the other chickens and will go running back up, it's sort of like they don't remember her. She has scabs on her comb and may be losing weight. I am wondering a few things:

Is it possible she isn't broody, but just scared of the other chickens?
How can I get the other chickens used to her again?
Are there any things I should do for her until then(I am thinking adding another feeder or taking her out of the coop and feeding her separately)?

I've seen this happen with my broody hens - although it's mostly just noise. Maybe someone else can give you more info.

Is she clucking when she's out and about - like to chicks? If she's not always in the nestbox then she's not completely broody. I'd say if she's not clucking then it may be something else going on. You can certainly add another watering and feeding station (and give her extra treats), but I'd think taking her out will just make things worse when you try to put her back.

I had a hen that was in a perpetual broody-like state, and just walked around most of the year clucking to chicks that weren't there. The flock treated her like that - chasing and pecking her when she came out. She also spent most of her time on a roost in the coop. No idea why....now she actually has chicks and everything is fine with them out in the main flock. Hmmm.....

Update:
She is slowly getting situated back into the flock. Thanks for the reply:)
