Broody Hen Egg Spoilage

Does the heat from a broody hen affect the quality of unfertilized eggs? For example, if an egg is under her for 3 - 5 hours, will that affect its freshness? At what point will it spoil?

I'd give the egg a few days before it spoils. I know when my mom was in china, and if they were able to get some eggs, they sat out on the counter night and day for a few weeks... if they lasted that long. As in lasted that long, if they got eaten, not that they went bad.
