Yeaahh! My broody hen has successfully been re-introduced to her sisters. Last night my husband and I decided to rescue our broody hen from the outdoors, and carry her into the coop with the others. It was already dark in the coop, and everything went smoothly; no fussing! In the morning the hens were fine. I`m so happy! I wish we had found her earlier;I feel bad that she was outside for a week, but she`s healthy! You wouldn`t believe how many eggs she was sitting on: 59!! Poor girl. I think some of the other hens were laying there too. From now on I`ll keep a closer eye on the flock!! Thanks to everyone for their concern and advice! brownie
