Broody hen hatched 6 of 7 when do I remove final egg?

First two chicks hatched VERY early yesterday morning or in the middle of the night that night, more last night and the last today. There is still one egg left with no holes at all yet. Mama won't get off yet to take them to food and water and I am wondering if its because of the last egg not hatched. If I remove it will she take the others to the water? I wonder if the one born first would need food and water soon and Mama is not leaving because of the egg?

Well first congratulations! And don't remove it just yet. Mama will get off if its dead. She will know if it or not. Don't worry about dehydration or them getting hungry. Right before they hatch they "eat" the yolk and that supplies them with enough nutrients and water for 3.5 days. Mama will know when to do everything.
