So I could use some advice here..... have Sebright bantam hen who seems to be broody.. she sits on other hens eggs for hours at a time but won't lay her own, and is actually plucking her own breast feathers... now the problem is I don't have a rooster so she has no chicks to hatch in those eggs, and I can't give her fertilized eggs because I can't have anymore chickens.. so I'm at a loss as to what I should do. Any advice is much appreciated!!

Try the cage...see if that works.
I will search for other techniques for you real quick but the cage is the most common thing I see on this site.
No bedding and no nest. Raising it up off the ground so it can have air flow under it may help too.

Okay, thank you! I will have to try that.... her clucking is getting old

To me the best way to break a broody hen is to put her in an elevated wire-bottomed cage for 72 hours. Give her food and water but nothing that looks like a nest. The cool air on her bottom makes a big difference. Usually 72 hours is enough but occasionally you might need to put her back in for another 72 hours.

Make sure it is in a predator proof area.

You can buy fertilized eggs and put under her. I'm sure you can reach out to the wonderful people on here and find you someone nearby that has fertile eggs. Or if you want to discourage her from setting, I always put the hen in a small cage with a wire bottom( air comes up under cage and makes her cooler which will discourage setting). Leave her in cage with food and water for 3 days and then put her on roost pole after dark. That does the trick for me.
