looks like the baby has passed away, if there is a bad smell and no movement, I would definitely toss the egg
If there is no smell and you can see any veins or movements, then you can leave it incubating a little longer and then check again

I would agree, if there was a baby it has stopped developing. You should be able to see some strong veins and movement.

To me, that egg looks infertile. I don't see any veins at all, and the dark mass inside seems to move with the direction you put the egg.

Did you mean 'stink' instead of 'stick'?
