I am on day 10 of incubation with my broody hen for 9 eggs. She got out of the brooding pen and couldn't get back in for nearly an hour. Are the eggs still viable?
It is about 60 degrees here, and they are in a well covered area with thick straw. They still felt lukewarm to the touch--not cold but not warm either. She just ran back in there to sit.
What do I do?
Thank you!
