Broody hen nesting box troubles

My year old lavender Ameraucana went broody and we decided to let her sit on abot 12 eggs. the problem is 12 turned into 14 and 14 turned into 18 now. Her sisters are laying in her space and they don't even care she is sitting they will share the box. I have installed a new box thinking they will leave her alone but they won't use it. I'm afraid this is going to be not such a good turn out. I don't have another space to move her into temporally.

This is pretty usual. Just mark the eggs she is sitting on and remove the donated eggs daily.

sounds good. I was more worried about 2 hens in one box breaking some eggs.

I hatched eggs within my flock a couple of years ago and this is what I did. I didn't get any broken eggs.

Broken eggs can happen, they always seem to want to sit in the most popular nest box.
