Broody Hen Not Eating, Drinking or Pooping

Just a quick update, first egg has hatched. Hopefully more to come......

Now to figure out who this chick came from, Rooster is a heritage RIR, hen could be Cuckoo Maline, Barred Rock, RIR or production red.

Broody was initially sitting on 4 eggs, we broke one when we moved her but added 7 more so there are 10 eggs of mixed parentage,

I don't have a rooster and this broody behavior has been going on for two weeks. Now she only grumbles and today stopped eating. I am not sure about drinking. She tries to sleep in the nest box at night and I also find her in the nest box mid-afternoon.

Well, you have a few options. You can break her broodiness (the most effective way that I have read is to put her in a wire-bottomed cage with nothing but food and water for 3-5 days), get her some fertilized eggs to incubate, or get some babies to put under her. Leave her be, and she may give up sooner or later.
