must be your hen
musthave chicks in pic
must put breed
 
This is my little silkie hen, Lulu, with her first clutch of adopted chickens the morning after they hatched. She was soooo proud of herself - and had no idea how it happened (she's never had a boyfriend). They were a mixed batch of polish, leghorn and langshan bantams. Lulu taught me that your babies don't have to be genetically your own for you to love them like life itself. Lulu is broody again so she's getting a batch of frizzle bantams this time just for fun!

I also had a hen hatch out 7 Bourbon Red turkey poults, but the lighting wasn't good enough for pics and they all came out blurry.
