Thanks Jen! No they did not split all at the same time, it was quite staggered from November to April. And at glacial speed I might add. I THINK it was due to being cold inside as once late spring set in and I got them outside, they started growing much faster and got down to business. I really have no idea if they split each year? I know they don't always flower because only 2 of these flowered last year. I am new with these,

Yes it is a Ruby Cascade Pepperomia! It was outside too, it's about 2 feet long! She didn't do well with standard light coming in through the windows, not enough light, so I had her outside and she got plenty and loved it! So I tried to squeeze her in there under the grow lights. I think she will do ok, IF she doesn't grow any longer!
