Broody hen pooped on her eggs

Is it ok that my broody hen had an accident on her eggs? She got it everywhere on her and on the eggs. I removed as much as I could, replaced the bedding and cleaned her beak but I'm afraid of messing with her eggs. Should I clean them?

Also, we're on day 22....shouldn't I see babies already?

Yeah at this stage I wouldn’t even worry about trying to clean them off. Would probably do more damage to mess with them. Day 22 and no chicks yet, hopefully they will begin soon. Did you candle in weeks past at all to check for development??

I candles then today. At least, I candled 2 of them. One was fully occupied and the other was half occupied. That somewhat makes sense because other hens were adding to her clutch for about a week
