Ok, i have a little Porcelain Ducle who has been broody for near 4 weeks now, thursday night she had one hatch, i found it dead under her friday morning. I had to go to a craft show over the weekend. when i came back she had another dead under her and one dead in the pen area. She is insisting on sitting on the last two eggs, i am not sure if these will even hatch at this time. Should i give her a new batch of eggs to sit on? i have some b/b/s bantam orp i can stick under her but i am worried she will loose her broodi - ness at some point.
