broody hen problems

I have a broody hen and this is her first time setting. its week 3 and for some reason after she gets off the eggs to eat and stretch she will get back to the nest but she gets back in the wrong nest. at least 4 time ive had to take her off some unfertilized eggs and put her back on the good ones. what is her problem? is she forgetting which one is hers or what?

It's a common occurrence with setting hens. They see eggs and think "mine". This is one reason many choose to isolate their broody mamas from the general flock.
