broody hen question

My Cochin bantam hen has gone broody as of two days ago. Here's my question. If I get some fertilized eggs in the next week what is the likelihood that she'll take them all the way to hatching? I've never had experience with a broody hen, nor has she had any experience with it either. I wouldn't mind trying out this experiment if I thought the odds were decent that she'll do her thing. Anyone else have experience with this? Prompt feedback would be appreciated since if I'm going to give this a shot I'd need to place an order asap.
