Have a question about our hens. One of our hens is sitting elsewhere with eggs... Does she carry the eggs herself or do the other hens come and lay the eggs where she is at? And if she does carry them, how does she do it?

They can roll eggs, but certainly not carry them. I don't know how far they'll try to move them by rolling. I've had hens go broody in the duck house & will push/pull duck eggs a foot or two to place under them. It's more likely that other hens see the broody and get inspired to go lay their own eggs there. Chickens are real followers of popular fashion and don't like to think much for themselves. If they see another hen setting on a nest they say "Look, that hen thinks that's a great place to lay her eggs, I'll go lay my own there too!"
