No, she shouldn't. Broody poops are legendary and can really mess up her nest and eggs. Encourage her to get up once a day to eat, drink and poop and don't feed her on the nest as that will encourage her to poop in the nest. Clean the nest and eggs as best you could for now.

She is so right the first time I smelled it I about threw up it is horrible it does not look like it could come from a chicken really bad
