broody hen quit

i got a broody hen (finally) and she sat on some eggs for a week, but than today she moved to a different nesting box and started sitting on those eggs instead, im not sure how long shes been on the other eggs, at least a couple of hours so i moved her back to the first nesting box. so...

--will the chicks in the eggs in the first nesting box die after a couple of hours without a hen on them?

--and will that couple of hours on the other eggs start new chicks forming?

The original nest of eggs should still be viable. Hens sometimes get confused as to which nest box they are setting in - they see a clutch of eggs and think, "Oh those must be mine." If possible it is best to isolate a setting hen from the rest of the flock. Also if eggs are collected frequently she will have no option other than to return to the proper nest.
