Broody Hen Smart/Evil/Both

Ok, I know this is April 1, but this is a true story.....

I have a buff ameraucana hen that went broody this week. For the past couple days everytime I go to check under her for eggs, she, well she,














































POOPS ON MY HAND!!!!!

This morning I wised up a little. You know fool me once, fool me twice....

So I turned her around because she always has her butt sticking towards the outside of the box and she tried it again. Fortunately my hand was not near her backside, but I could hear her efforts.

Does anyone else have evil chickens like this?

EEs can be funny when they are broody.my EE always tryed to peck at bite me when id check her for eggs.an she would always do that no matter what.so sometimes id wear heavy gloves.
