Broody hen taking all my eggs!

See photo from this morning (there are 5 chicks, 1 is behind her, another is difficult to see against the dark mat - Black Copper Marans x Dark Brahma)
I find 3 obvious chicks, a dark one in front of them, and a dark one hiding in the green plants behind them (black head right behind the stripey head). That makes 5, without any behind the hen. Or am I mis-counting somehow?

Update to the update:
Success, so far...
Glad to hear it's all going so well!

5 chicks, I couldn't see all chicks in photo, lol
My roo is Dark Brahma and chicks are crossed with my Black Copper Marans, Colombian Wyandotte, Buff Brahma x2, & Lavender Orpington.

Thank you 😊

She's being a good Mom I'm so happy 😊
I thought she'd never stop being under the broody trance. 😵‍💫🥴
She's doing great and so are the chicks!!
She goes in at night and stays in her corner of the coop with her brood and all is well. She takes them out every morning and keeps them out all day. I offer them food and water at different locations and they eat everything she finds.
Since these chicks were hatched in our incubator I'm only sure of the potential parents of these chicks. My roo is a Dark Brahma (picture below) and my potential hens are a Columbian Wyandotte, Black Copper Marans, Buff Brahma, Lavender Orpington, or a Barred Rock. There are 5 chicks and I'm not sure which chicks are which crosses. Can anyone help with identifying the crosses? I have two dark chicks that have the same markings and I know they are Black Copper Marans and Dark Brahma because I know her eggs. The others eggs were similar and the other hens occasionally use the same community nest, although the Barred Rock uses the nesting box pretty consistently I don't believe any of her eggs were in these eggs.
