I have very likely fertile eggs from lavender Orpington hens x Cream leg bar rooster.... I'm debating letting my one VERY broody hen hatch some eggs and sell the chicks, but if I do this will she flip out if i sell the chicks after? She's determined but still eating and drinking but she will sit on the nest even if there are no eggs in it. she will come out for short bits but go in and guard the one nesting box regardless if eggs are present or not. I most likely have some fertile eggs and if I let her hatch them to sell the chicks will she freak out if I sell the chicks within a week or so of hatching?

Sell them at 6 weeks old after she's done raising them.
Then you can sell them as started pullets off heat. The cockerels will be obvious by then and you can give them away accordingly.
