Broody Hen to Mama-Will be Pic Heavy once my internet stops being slow

So this past two weeks I have had 3 new mamas, here's some pics (I just had to share them!)

Oh wow, so adorable! Thanks for sharing! Is that a little Dark Brahma baby?

I'm not sure what he is. His dad is either a Barred Rock/Sumatra or a Phoenix/Sumatra, and his mom could be just about anything. I thought he looked like a dark brahma at first too, then I realized *face palm* I don't have any Dark Brahmas.

I just realized now, that he is being raised by either his dad's half sister or 2nd cousin....

And so darn cute!!! I just had three new Mom's in the last couple of days. Grace with 1 chick, Patty hatched 4, and Jackie, so far has hatched 2. She is STILL setting her eggs.

Isn't it fun?!?

It is fun, until you have the drama queen decide to hatch! I thought everything was going well, then one hen kept pushing her chicks out of the nest (that's how Cassie got her two) and didn't want any chicks, but kept hatching them! She made me so mad! Everybody else is handling it very well though.

Oh, and tell Grace, Patty, and Jackie I say Congrats!
