Broody hen underbelly raw

I've looked and seen hens will pluck their feathers to have their skin be closer to the eggs. I just wanted to see if anyone has seen it look like this and if I need to take any precautions? Thanks!

Absolutely normal.

It's normal broody behavior. They do this so their naked bellies keep temperature for the eggs.
