Broody hen with a leg infection.

I have an otherwise healthy, yet broody, 2 y/o Barred Rock with a nasty looking infection. She won't walk on it, but she's getting around by hopping. I've isolated her after washing it thoroughly and have applied some antibiotic ointment. Anything else i should/could do? She's eating/drinking/pooping just fine.

It almost looks like her leg got caught in something. I would try to keep it clean and continue applying antibiotic ointment.
