Broody hen with eggs from medicated hens

Hi All, I have a broody hen that I have found sitting on some eggs. We are treating the whole flock with medication currently and I know the eggs cannot be consumed, but are they okay to grow into chicks? Is there a chance of deformities or illness in the chicks?

If you know what medication the flock is being given, then may be able to research it and find some studies about how the particular medication works and affects the development of hatching eggs.
