So, I thought that she was somehow stealing eggs from someone else, but now that they have been hatching for the last week, 1 every day, and I see what is coming out. I know that they are not stolen. They are all hers, with the exception of the 1 that I gave her from someone else!!! I now have 5 splash silkies and what looks to be a banty cochin mixed with banty polish. Looks like a skinny cochin with a tiny little crest. The sad thing is that it has amazing foot feathering!!! I still have 3 to hatch, but I don't expect anything until tomorrow. I have gotten 1 every morning. I guess that she didn't read the book that said that she was supposed to STOP laying when she went broody!!!
