As long as the laying hens can get in whenever they need, that's no problem.

Keeping the broody out of the nest at night helps but it's still going to prolong her broodiness if she is still able to sit in nests during the day.

The other s had access, but not her. This was so mentally hard. I felt so bad for her. So far she seems to be over it. I think. The nest is open today, my husband didn’t know and opened it, and she didn’t go in there at all.

Hi I wanted to thank everyone for their help and advice. My girl is back to her non broody self. You all helped me get through my first broody experience and I appreciate it so much. I have tons to learn and I know with your help my girls will be very happy. Thank you
