Broody Hen

My hen has just become broody. She is about 5 months old. Is she too young to be broody or can I let her have her egg and let her try to hatch it?

She is a little bit young but broodies know what to do so you can let her have some eggs to hatch.

i have a hen that hatched in feb. - mar. and shes already sitting on eggs so i mean give her a chance, im sure she will be a good mom
