Broody hen?

My chicken is broody. How do I get her over it? I've closed off the coop so she cannot get in and I make sure and leave her out all day. But she is mean to the other girls and pecks at me. She is normally very shy and easy going

Put her in a wire-bottomed cage with food and water but no bedding or nesting materials for five days or so.
