Broody Hens

I have problems with my hens getting broody..
It is off then on with them. I have one right now that is broody and very very nasty!!!! She has not layed for weeks. Any ideas to get her laying agai

What breed hens do you have? Silkies are frequently broody and people usually have a couple that they put different breed fertile eggs under.

Buff orps and cochins are also very broody. You may want to check out the articles on "breaking a broody," - just put that in the search box.
