So a few of my chickens have gone broody, and I let them finish incubating some guinea eggs. Well, not one but two different hens started killing them as they were hatching. I moved the rest to the incubator, but just wondering if anyone else has any experience with that?

I've had hens kill chicks. Usually it's an inexperienced hen, or when there are multiple bromides near each other. Not every broody is a good mom or knows what she's doing.

So at first they were kicking them out of the nest, but then they started pecking them as they started hatching. Thought there was something wrong with the keets at first, because I had to wait for their feet to uncurl but otherwise they were fine. Oh well. Learned my lesson 😭
