broody lady....

so one of my beautiful EE just finished molting, layed for about 3 weeks, and now is broody.... ARGHHH

She looks like a giant feathered pancake with a head... My question is, if I just leave her alone how long will it take her to realize that 1) we are roo-less and 2) I take the eggs every day....

either buy fertilized eggs and just let her hatch them or lock her out of the coop till she is over it
