Broody left nest with unhatched eggs

My first time momma hen sat on about 16 eggs. At 21 days 2 hatched. She continued to sit for 3 more days and then yesterday left the nest with her babies. I went to remove the eggs this morning and found 2 more in the process of hatching. I could actually hear them peeping inside the shells. I brought them inside and placed them in a makeshift incubator. Will mama accept them after they hatch?

I would think so. She usually lays on the babies to keep them warm after hatching so slide the abandoned ones under her or mix them in to see if she notices.
