broody leghorn?

One of my laying pullets just laid an egg, she stood in there for a bit, then sat back down. Either she's laying another or going broody. I also have another laying pullet who is sitting on her own egg and someone elses. Could she be laying another or go broody? If they're both broody, what should I do?

I can pet them and they don't puff up or show aggression.

Well, the first chicken just walked out so she's not broody. The second is still in.

White leghorn, well the second one is out so neither are broody.
