We have an OEG Partridge hen that went broody.Its good time too because we have two coturnix hens and one roo and we have given up on the incubator thingy.Too much trouble,so I have gotten anti incubator.
She was laying around the yard funny.She would sit in the dirt and fluff it with her but and squack funny.
Anyways she is setting on 3 eggs.two american game eggs and a quail egg.I will post picks tomorrow.Shes a good candidate for quail egg hatching.our quail hens are laying 2 eggs a day and the roo is making them bald!!!
