The other hens keep pushing her out and going in her box. She kinda flares up but walkes away all puffy and hissy.

I moved mine to my built in brooder so she could sit in peace. You should create an area for her on the coop floor where she can brood her clutch.
She is still in the coop, the rooster won’t let me near her, lol, neither will my drake , but he’s mean anyway. She took in a turkey egg and I’m trying to get it out but she attacks me if the roo doesnt. On the idea of her own little area, is it ok to build it up higher because my coop floods in the rain? And it has to be very dark, right? Thanks

You most certainly don't want her (or any of the chickens) to flood in the rain!
Build it up if you must. It doesn't have to be dark but certainly not in the sun. For now, she does not need to be closed off from the rest of the flock.
If the rooster won't let you near her, prep her area during the day then move her after dark. She likely won't peck you then either.
And the drake should not be kept around chicken hens. If he breeds them, it can kill them.

Thank you. Yes the drake is in his own pen . Learned my lesson with keeping him in the pasture. Now that he’s gone the female duck is actually not as skittish and will hand feed and let me stroke her back while she’s eating :) And the rooster is calming down. He’s normally very sweet but I think hes just a bit stressed out.

Also, lol , my roo is afraid of toes. Ever since he was a chick he would peck my toes if I’m wearing open toed shoes. Now if I go in wearing flip flops, he runs. :)
