My 4-yr-old orphington, Sunny, seems broody again. Hot and bothered, fluffed up in a nest box. I took her out and put her in the grass to distract her a bit. She sat back down on the grass, all fluffed up until I brought a chicken friend over to keep her company in the penned off grass area. Then she got up and walked around with Stella. She continues to fluff up, makes a funny chuckle cluck and wipes her beak. I have noticed she has some tape worms in her droppings.
Any suggestions? Do I need to take her to the vet?

You saw tapeworms like in the video below?
If so, treat her with Praziquantel as outlined in this thread.

I would also check her crop in the morning to make sure it's empty.

Broody hens can act very odd - I assume your are breaking her since you put her outside.
It can take a while to break them if they are stubborn.
