Broody White Rock hen??

Well, only the three chicks hatched. The other two eggs, from the Brahma and the Araucana didn't and when we moved the hen and chicks to a cage on the back porch, we broke those open and they still had just yolk, so evidently they were never fertilized.

Too bad, but at least we got three!

Two White Rock/Japanese Phoenix crosses and one Buttercup/Japanese Phoenix cross.


I'll post some pics of the proud momma and her babies soon.
