I have a flock of 10 chickens ( sex link) can I keep a larger chicken like a cochin for broody in the flock or will a bigger chicken pick on the rest

There is a greater chance that the other chickens will pick on the single chicken that sticks out from the rest. It's usually better to add at least 2 new ones that are used to each other than a single chicken into an established flock.

I'd personally add a few (3?) of another color or breed and try to go with a similar color, so they don't stand out as much. It should be fine if you do that - just keep an eye on them.
