So I feel like a horrible person. Just trying to vent here because only people who have chickens as pets would understand. I know a lot of you don't keep them as pets but I do.
So some of my chickens went broody recently which I've dealt with for years. I kick em out of the nest and take their eggs DAILY. But somehow I missed one or they hid it. And once I did take it and cracked to cook it...it was developed. I could see him move for a second, and I feel horrible. He was the size of my fingernail but fully there. I did not cook him. I can't stop thinking about it.
