Broody??

Is it possible to have a 7 to 8 months old going broody?

I have a Delaware, started laying around 2 months ago. After feeding her breakfast this morning, she went into the nest and lay there ever since. I am thinking to place some fertile eggs for her. When should I do that? 2 or 3 days later??

I would wait until you see her sleeping in the nest box for at least 2 nights then you know she is broody. This is what I do.
