Broodybhen sitting on wrong nest.

I have a cochin sitting on eggs. She's been on them 5 full days now. This afternoon I went out to see her and she was in a different next box. Will this hurt the hatch rate of the fertile eggs? I had not gone out to collect eggs yet and I'm guessing thats why she was in a different nest box?

They sometimes get confused - most chickens are not class valedictorians. As long as they were not overly chilled they should still be fine. Is there any possibility of moving her to a 'private' nesting area?
