Brother and sister breeding?

Hello, I have 2 chicks from the same parents, I am pretty sure one is male other female, My question is if they have children, will they be...off?

Not unless the inbreeding has been going on for 4 or 5 generations.

In some animals, two offspring from the same mom/dad can be bad, but in chickens it is no big deal. However, after about three to four generations, you will want to switch out all your roosters and get fresh ones from completely non-related flocks.
