Brown chalaza?

Okay, so I just started opening up my pullet’s first few eggs. One of them has a brownish chalaza. Is this anything to be concerned about?? Just part of the “learning” process for her?

Different angles and lighting so you can see it’s not shadow. The others I cracked were not like that.

Also, side note- are these fertilized?? They look kinda bullseye-ish to me but obviously I’m brand new at this

Some color variations can be normal. They don't look fertilized to me, but I don't have the best eyes. Hopefully someone else can comment and see better than me.
